Partner program

Introduce restaurants.
Earn every month they stay.

Approved partners earn 20%–30% of what every restaurant they introduce actually pays FoodFlow — for as long as it keeps paying. Nothing to buy, nothing to stock, and nothing paid on a signup that never becomes a customer.

  • Recurring, not one-off
  • Paid on cleared money only
  • Applications read by a person

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is work.

  1. 01

Apply, and a person reads it

Tell us who you are, where your audience is, and how you plan to introduce FoodFlow. Approval is manual and selective — we are looking for genuine reach into restaurant owners, not volume. There is no fee, and no minimum commitment once you are in.

  2. 02

Share your link or your code

You get a link and a short code. The link sets a first-party cookie that lasts 60 days — long enough for a real decision about a till system — and the first partner to touch a shop keeps it. A restaurant can also type your code in at signup, or from their billing page, right up until their first payment.

  3. 03

Earn for as long as they stay

Every payment that restaurant makes — monthly, yearly, day-pass packs, verified bank transfers — earns you your tier's share. It is not a bounty on a signup: nothing is paid on a trial, and nothing is paid until the money actually reaches us.

What it pays

Do the arithmetic before you commit to anything.

FoodFlow costs ฿790 a month for a single shop and ฿2,499 for a group of up to five branches — the same prices on our pricing page, because there is no partner-only price to discover later. Your share of them looks like this.

Their plan
Restaurants paying5

Restaurants you introduced that are past their trial and paying. A shop that stops paying stops earning — this is a share of real invoices, not a headcount.

At this size that next tier would add ฿197.50 or $5.50 a month.

Arithmetic, not a forecast. It assumes every restaurant stays subscribed on a monthly plan and pays on time. Commission is only ever earned on money FoodFlow actually receives, at the rate in force on the day it clears — and a refunded payment reverses its commission.

Tiers

The rate rises with the number of shops actually paying.

TierActive referred shopsRateWhat changes
Bronze1–420%Where every approved partner starts.
Silver5–1425%Reached on your fifth paying restaurant.
Gold15–3930%The top commission rate.
Platinum40+30%Same 30%, plus co-marketing, priority support and a named contact.

The rate stops at 30%, on purpose

Past 30% the program starts eating a share of revenue we could not defend to anyone later, and a rate we would quietly walk back is worth less to you than a ceiling we can keep. Platinum pays the same 30% and adds co-marketing, priority support and a named contact instead.

An earned commission is a fact, not a formula

Your rate is stamped onto every commission at the moment it is earned. Reaching Silver in March does not re-price February, and dropping back to Bronze does not re-price last year.

Who we are looking for

People restaurants already listen to.

The best introduction to a till system comes from someone an owner already trusts with their business. That is the whole thesis of this program, and it is why approval is selective rather than automatic.

A good fit

  • F&B consultants and shop-fitters who are already in the room when a restaurant is being planned
  • POS, kitchen and equipment resellers with a customer list that has to buy software anyway
  • Accountants and bookkeepers whose clients ask them what to run the till on
  • Local food and business creators with a real audience of owners, not just diners
  • Agencies and freelancers building websites, menus or branding for restaurants

Not a fit, and we will say so

  • Coupon, deal and voucher sites — they harvest customers who had already decided
  • Anyone planning to bid on “FoodFlow” and our brand terms in search ads
  • Generic affiliate networks and incentivised-signup traffic
  • Referring your own restaurants, or a second account with your own email

These are terms, not preferences: brand-keyword bidding, coupon listings, incentivised signups and self-referral are grounds for suspension, and the self-referral rules are enforced in the database rather than by a checkbox.

How the money works

Everything that could disappoint you later, stated now.

What earns
Net revenue we actually receive from a restaurant you introduced: subscriptions, yearly prepayments, day-pass credit packs and verified manual transfers. Never a signup, never a trial.
How much
20% to 30%, set by how many of your referred restaurants are actively paying. Lifetime, subject to good standing.
When it is payable
Earned the day their payment clears, payable 30 days later — the window in which a refund or a chargeback would land.
How you are paid
Monthly, by hand, once your balance passes ฿1,000 or $30. Below that it rolls over rather than disappearing. Bank transfer, PromptPay or Wise.
Currency
The restaurant's own. Baht and dollar balances are kept separate and never merged — converting them would mean us setting an exchange rate, which is not our business to be in.
If money goes back out
A refunded or disputed payment reverses its commission, and a negative balance carries forward against what you earn next.
If you stop
Your existing referrals keep earning. After 12 months with no new paying referral the rate steps down to a 10% residual, and steps straight back up with your next one.

Questions

The things partners ask before they apply.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no fee, no quota and no requirement to be a FoodFlow customer yourself.
Do I earn anything on a free trial?
No. Commission is calculated on money we have actually received, so a shop that signs up, trials and leaves earns nobody anything. This is also why trial farming is pointless here.
How is a restaurant matched to me?
Your link sets a first-party cookie for 60 days, and first touch wins — a later partner's link does not overwrite yours. A shop can also enter your code manually up to the moment of its first successful payment; after money has changed hands, a referrer can no longer be added.
Can I refer my own restaurant, or a second account of mine?
No. A referral whose restaurant owner is you is rejected by the database, and the same rule applies to a second account sharing your email address. One card paying for several supposedly separate referrals is flagged for review.
What happens if one of my restaurants cancels?
You keep everything already paid out. They simply stop generating new commission, and your active count — which sets your tier — goes down with them.
Does my rate apply to commission I have already earned?
No, and that protects you both ways. The rate is stamped onto each commission the moment it is earned, so reaching a higher tier does not re-price last month, and dropping a tier does not re-price last year.
Who owns the customer relationship?
We do — we bill them, support them and answer for the product. You are welcome to stay involved, and many partners do their own onboarding, but you are never responsible for their support.
What gets an account suspended?
Bidding on FoodFlow brand keywords, listing us on coupon sites, incentivising signups, claiming features that do not exist, or any attempt to route around the self-referral rules. Brand bidding is the one we enforce hardest: it charges us commission on customers who were already typing our name.
How long does approval take?
We read every application and reply by email, usually within a few business days. If we say no it is not personal — a program that approves everyone is one we could not pay honestly.
What about tax?
Payouts are gross, and declaring the income where you live is yours to handle. Thai partners: withholding on service fees may apply, and we will confirm the treatment with our accountant before the first payout run rather than guess at it here.

Apply

One form, and a person on the other end of it.

Applications are reviewed by hand, and we do turn people down. A partner is a person rather than a separate account, so you apply with the FoodFlow login you already have — the same one you would use to run a restaurant, if you run one. If you do not have an account yet, creating one takes a minute and costs nothing.

Already signed in? Go straight to the application.

What the form asks

  • The country you work in
  • Where your audience is — site, social, client list, or the room you are already in
  • Roughly how many restaurants you expect to introduce, and how
  • Anything you already sell to restaurants today

Your name and email come from your account, so we do not ask twice. A payout method is set later, in the partner portal, once there is something to pay — no bank details are collected at application.

Approval is not automatic and is not a formality. The full program terms, including the rates above, are shown before you accept them, and any future change to them is announced before it applies — commissions already earned are never recalculated.
