FoodFlow is built by a small team who read every one of these. If something about your service is harder than it should be, tell us — that’s how most of what’s already here got built.
Before you send
- It might already be there — the Help Center covers every part of the product, and the FAQ lists what we deliberately don’t do and why.
- Something broken rather than missing? Send it through contact instead — bugs get looked at the same day, and service status will tell you if it’s us.
- We can’t promise a date, or that we’ll build everything. We can promise a person reads it and that we’ll say so honestly if it isn’t something we’re going to do.
